There are dozens of recipes to feed my current obsession with learning to bake and today I chose ‘The best baked cheesecake’ from The Great British Bake Off book.
Who can resist this creamy deliciousness?
It was time to roll up my sleeves again, I was going baking….
I enjoyed bashing the biscuits with the rolling pin (perhaps a little too much!):

The verdict: The filling is silky-smooth, rich and creamy! Pure indulgence and irresistibly scrumptious! It received my Chief Tester’s seal of approval, so all is well with the world!
