A great interview to read. You are doing a great thing raising awareness, I cannot imagine how hard it must be. I am so glad to learn more about this illness as I think we should all try to have a great understanding of what goes on around us.

That was really interesting. I never knew Morgan Freeman suffered from fibromyalgia. It sounds awful. I have Crohns Disease (another invisable illness) and the fatigue from that sounds similar. The thing is people look at you and say “you don’t look sick”.

It is wonderful that you are doing so much to make your voice heard, I suffer from back pain and I understand how difficult it can be to have an invisible illness x

Excellent interview, I think we can all be guilty at times of falling into the trap of thinking that if someone doesn’t look ill they can’t be ill. Thank you for the reminder that not all illness or disability is visible.

Great interview, I have a daughter who suffers from an invisible illness (Ehler’s Danlos Syndrome-Hypermobility Type) so I can completely sympathise with you on other people not understanding that you are suffering just because you look ‘normal’. Keep up the good work x
