These delicious smoked salmon roll appetizers are a sophisticated way to impress your party guests. And they are so easy to make!
Ingredients
180g long sliced smoked salmon
150g reduced fat cream cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
Finely chopped chives
Black pepper
Method
Mix the cream cheese and chopped chives with the lemon juice and black pepper.
Spread over the long sliced smoked salmon and roll up like a Swiss roll.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill in a refrigerator for 1 hour, then cut into 1/2 inch slices.
Serve on sea salt and cracked black pepper crackers or on sliced cucumber. Garnish with some finely chopped chives.
