An ideal start to a fresh winter morning, this apple cinnamon spiced smoothie has the perfect amount of sweetness, and the addition of cinnamon and nutmeg gives it a spicy kick.
100ml Apple juice
250g fat free vanilla yoghurt
2 apples, peeled, cored and chopped
Small handful of porridge oats
½ tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of ground nutmeg
Place the apples, oats, juice, nutmeg and cinnamon in a blender and process until smooth.
Add the yogurt and blend until creamy.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
