I love smoothies and if, like me, you are feeling a little guilty after indulging in chocolate this Easter, then this healthy mixed berry smoothie is for you.
Healthy Mixed Berry Smoothie
100g low fat yoghurt
Large handful of mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries and blueberries)
Juice of 1 orange
5 ice cubes
- Juice the orange and pour into the blender.
- Add the low fat yoghurt, banana, mixed berries and ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth.
