Raspberry And Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients

1 large handful of raspberries

Juice of 1/4 pineapple

100g low fat yoghurt

5 ice cubes

Method

  • Juice the pineapple and pour into your blender.
  • Add the raspberries, ice cubes and yoghurt.
  • Blend until smooth.
