Healthy Mixed Berry Smoothie

I love smoothies and if, like me, you are feeling a little guilty after indulging in chocolate this Easter, then this healthy mixed berry smoothie is for you.

I love the colour of this smoothie – And also that the ingredients are quite loose. Who feels like measuring fruit in a morning? Just bung a handful in! My kids are desperate for us to get a proper smoothie maker.

I loves smoothies! You can add so many different things to them but they still taste delicious. It’s my sneaky way of getting fruit and veg into my kids.

I buy frozen blueberrys much cheaper than fresh (well same price twice the weight in the box)same with rasps and then you dont need the ice just put them in straight from the freezer of defrost for about 30secs in micro if you want them a bit softer I haven’t had a smothie for a while at the moment i just eat my fruit in a bowl with the youghurt over the top, quicker and quieter on a bad day, but summer is coming and the smoothie maker will be on the bench ready to go
